Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Must Control the papers work Documents.
-Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
-Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
-Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
-Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, CVs, and applications
- Participates, communicates and arranges assessment before interviews
- Arranges and organizes the interview with HR manager and department manager
-Verifies candidates’ background by contacting references
- Prepares offer letters and contracts for new employees
-Arranges orientation and on Job training for the new and current employees
- Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential
- Maintains administrative and personnel files
- appointments Letter, maintaining document, Scan files, entering data into computer systems
- Enters or changes employee information into the employee Finger Print Soaftware System.
-Must be ISO running procedure Form Knowledge

Job Requirements

-Any graduated. Prefer Dip in HRM and/or other Int’l HR certificate.
-At least 5 years of experience providing a full range of HR functions; Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development,Performance Appraisal , Employee Relation etc.
- Understanding of local labor law, Knowledge of the Petrol Station.
-Must be able to read, write and speak English.
-Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Pagemaker,PowerPoint.
- Must be able to Willing travel.
