Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

-Management of the entire recruiting staff: sourcing resumes/candidates, conducting phone and in person interviews, scheduling, tracking and reporting on candidate and interview data.
-Negotiates salary and administrative components involved in full staff recruiting.
-Expert in utilizing social media sources, resume databases , and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates.
-Ensure necessary documentation related to allowances, appointments and contracts are completed for all recruitment.
-Supervise to maintain and update human resource related records, such as, staff list, updated qualification, eligible staff and dependents.
-Monitor and follow-up to ensure timely completion of Probation Review Reports and Performance Evaluation Reports for all staff.
-Coordinate and collect feedback on learning events and presentation of results for review purposes.
-Supervise and distribute assignments to HR Assistant.
-Ensure all staff attendance records, leave records, follow up file in on update status and coordinate with Payroll Section for monthly salary payroll.
-Perform other related duties and required by Top Management.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Development or Human Resources Management.
-Minimum (5) years related experience in HR Management.
-Strong knowledge in Myanmar Labor law.
-Strong analytical skill, excellent communication. interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels staff.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office&Page Maker.
-Experiences in Finger Print Software.
