-Management of the entire recruiting staff: sourcing resumes/candidates, conducting phone and in person interviews, scheduling, tracking and reporting on candidate and interview data.-Negotiates salary and administrative components involved in full staff recruiting.-Expert in utilizing social media sources, resume databases , and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates.-Ensure necessary documentation related to allowances, appointments and contracts are completed for all recruitment.-Supervise to maintain and update human resource related records, such as, staff list, updated qualification, eligible staff and dependents.-Monitor and follow-up to ensure timely completion of Probation Review Reports and Performance Evaluation Reports for all staff.-Coordinate and collect feedback on learning events and presentation of results for review purposes.-Supervise and distribute assignments to HR Assistant.-Ensure all staff attendance records, leave records, follow up file in on update status and coordinate with Payroll Section for monthly salary payroll.-Perform other related duties and required by Top Management.
-Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Development or Human Resources Management.-Minimum (5) years related experience in HR Management.-Strong knowledge in Myanmar Labor law.-Strong analytical skill, excellent communication. interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels staff.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Proficiency in MS Office&Page Maker.-Experiences in Finger Print Software.
