. -Responsible and report to Admin & HR Manager / corporate HR Manager/Admin &HR Director. -. Establish recruitment process, advise on recruitment practices and candidate selection.-. Implement the operational activities of HR department . -. Check and report to manager for the requireed position , PR Form, WE, JD, JS of each department .-. Make the quarterly, yearly budget plan for employee recruitment process and report to Corporate HR Manager through manager.-. Make orientation and explain the company rules and regulations to new employees.- Introduce the fresh employees to responsible persons and setting them up.-.Take the responsibility and report to manager as salary payment procedure, appointment , action taken, promotion, demotion, dismiss, office communications.-.Prepare and report to (Admin & HR) Manager concerning with social afairs and welfare of employees.-. Prepare and manage social security fees of employees.- Implement the training needs analysis and plan for internal and external trainings.-Make the Performance Appraisal of employees.
-Any graduate or bachelor degree-Any HR Diploma will be preferred-above (5 years) experience in related field- Good knowledge of HR Strategy,Planning,Analyzing ,researching ,Surveying skills-Good Computer Skills and English ( 4 Skills )-Good Communication & Management Skills
