• Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures
• Plan, organize and control all activities of the department
• Implement department’s goals, objectives and systems
• Implement and update the compensation program
• Update job descriptions
• Conduct salary surveys and develop merit pool
• Analyze compensation program
• Monitor the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary
• Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures
• Prepare and update employee handbook , policies and procedures
• Perform recruitment and selection
• Conduct reference checking
• Provide orientation training
• Conduct exit interviews
• Maintain records
• Participate in administrative and operational staff meetings and attend other meetings
• Provide training for junior HR staff and regional level HR staff
• Organize HR Committee meeting
• Comply Myanmar labor laws

• Academic Qualification – A graduate from universities preferably in business subjects
