Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Plan and develop manpower plan for a year.
• Plan and develop annual HR budget and get management approval.
• Update and record Organization Structure (Organization Charts) and follow up to identify staff vacancies and organize to deliver all recruitments within agree time line: plan and implement for vacancy announcements, work as a business partner for interview and selection process. Conducting salary survey and salary benchmark analysis for key positions.
• Conducting new employee Orientation for new employees and Exit interview for resign employees.
• Handling employee problems and taking disciplinary action (as needed).
• Reviewing and updating Human Resource Policies and procedure to comply with Government Laws and Social Ethics (as needed).
• Manage to all employment process such as making Employment Contract, Employee Evaluation, Confirmation, Resignation, Termination and staff welfare.
• Manage to deliver Office Memo and Employment letters in time: Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, Change Letter, and Promotion Letter.
• Co-operate with C&B Section for Salary Increment and Bonus system and with L&D Section to develop effective Training Program.
• Manage to implement Performance Management System (PMS). Plan and implement employee development and retention plan within approved budget.
• Prepare monthly HR report with required analysis.
• Prepare Audit Response report to confirm and correct for Audit Findings.
• Assist to Human Resource Director and Sr. HR Manager to implement projects and ad hoc duties.
Responsible to keep Human Capital Information as confidential.

Job Requirements

1. Any Graduate, more preferable to Diploma in HR or MBA
2. Over 5 years experience in HR field
3. Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
4. Good writing and speaking skills in English
5. Excellent communication, time management, leadership and employee development skills
6. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office Applications
7. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
8. Good personality, work ethic and social dealing skills
