- Establish and administer recruitment and selection program to ensure adequate manpower supply to meet future
- Actively involve in talent prerequisite, interview arrangement, resume screening and candidate section process
- Develop and maintain employee database, monthly report and documentation systems of human resources
- Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, QP and SOP
- Meet deadlines and work cooperatively with team members is required
- Problem Handling & Decision Making Process
- Monthly performance appraisal and counseling process
- Effective Communication with Stakeholders
- Mentor the team with strong interpersonal and leadership skill,

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate, more preferable for Management studies background degree.
- Age 35-45 years.
- Must have minimum (5) years work experience in related job.
- Expert in HR Practices (Myanmar Labor Law, EC Contract, HR Software)
- Can travel when necessary
