Assistant HSE Manager at Leading International Construction Materials Manufacturing Company in Yangon

o To manage and oversee the whole operation process of the factory and ensure HSE procedures
o Up to 1,500,000 MMK and other allowances

About the Company

Our client is one of the leading construction materials manufacturing companies with over 16,000 employees in 17 countries across the world. They are about to start their biggest operation in Myanmar with newly set up factory

The Role

● To advise and update the HSE systems development of the company
● To ensure that the company’s safety requirements are up to date and report changes to management if necessary
● To set up HSE trainings and support manufacturing procedures for employees
● To perform safety surveys and inspections regularly within the working area and to prepare corrective and preventative measure written reports

Job Requirements

● Minimum 8-9 years of HSE experience in construction materials manufacturing industry
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
● NEBOSH Certificate is a must
● Excellent written and spoken English communication skill and interpersonal skills
