Job Description

•To support the development of the company as an innovative way of providing financial support and advice;
•To appraise applications or the expression of interest to invest either by acquisition or by Joint Venture from international and local organization;
•To write reports to Project Director recommending the amount and terms of investment; ensuring financial risk and social impact are balanced appropriately;
•To support the strategic development and growth of the company;
•To contribute to the provision of operational and administrative support to the company including portfolio and other management information

Preparation of high-level and confidential documents

•Prepare correspondence and presentations for Project Director’s final approval

Technical Job-Related Competencies
•General appraisal skills – strategic and financial – analysis of applicants’ strategy and financial position, in order to determine appropriate financing and investment partnerships with the company.
•Financial analysis – knowledge and practical experience of interpreting financial information (Example: Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss etc)
•People skills – ability to work with a wide range of people, in real estate developments; in policy circles and with potential partners (trusts, banks, corporates, high net worth investors – local and international).
•Financial schemes – to develop financing proposals which fit the potential applicant's needs and which satisfy the company criteria.
•Presentations – to represent the company and stakeholders
ROLE RELATIONSHIPS

Key Internal Relationships: Project Director, Team Members and Senior Stake Holders

Key External Relationships: Professional bodies, Forums, External Service Providers, Contractors, Government Bodies; Corporates; Bankers; Financial Institutions

Job Requirements

• Any Degree with Diploma in Business Management and MBA is preferable (Myanmar National Only)
• Age between 30 and 35 years
• Must have (3) years in management level
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Experience in Translation
• Fluent in English (Four skill)
• Applicants from banking field can also apply
• Familiarity with travel and expenses booking tools
• Proficient in PC skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Willingness to travel
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask - Strives for excellence
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use initiative
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
• Strong ability to work with multiple parties including setting up of Customer meetings – internal and external
