-Understand and analyst business requirements, underlying business processes and future business models in the organization
-Understand different functionality of business applications and map application functionally to business processes
-Model and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes considering industry and technical best practices using modeling notations such as UML
-Design technical solutions based on existing business applications or with new business applications to streamline and automate business processes
-Understand basic technical set up and basic configuration of business applications to make sure application functionalities support business operations
-Understand data model in different business applications and identify data sources to make effective use of data in organizations
-Design and develop basic reports and dashboards considering all data sources in the organization
- Liaise with application vendors to get necessary support as per their SLA
-Co-ordinate, track and publish status of incident, problems and service request raised for business applications
-Manager programs/projects to transform business applications and business processes as per corporate strategy and IT strategy
-Ensure that projects are prioritized, plan, execute and monitor as per the organization's Project Management methodology
-Support and guide end users to make sure business applications are part of their day to day operations and to make sure effective use of the applications
-Any other tasks assigned by HOD

-Degree in computing or other IT related discipline
-7 years of experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Solution Architect or Software Engineer
-Strong understanding and experience in Relational Data Models and SQL/Crystal reports is essential
-Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
-Good command of English is a must
-Knowledge and experience in modeling tools like UML and Flowchart is essential
-Experience in implementation/design/support of ERP application will be beneficial
-Experience in Project Management will be beneficial
