• Being accountable and responsible for selected Key Accounts in Modern Trade channel• Deliver Sales objectives, including IMS, Spending, Profit, Cash Flow.• Work closely with the Key Account Manager to plan and negotiate annual trading terms• Managing trade spend and the overall profitability of responsible account.• Promotion & Activation Planning, NPD launches and other in-store promotions necessary to achieve sales objectives and targets.• Manage perfect fundamental instore such as share of shelf, Out-of-Stock (OOS), On-Shelf-Availability (OSA), etc.• Utilizing sales & customer analysis to identify opportunities for growth and to drive topline sales & win in market share.• Building strong partnerships with customers.• Conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly basis for business review & report with customer to find any business opportunity.• Deployed & Controlled perfect execution at store in line with company direction and coaching Beauty Advisors (BA) time to time.
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or any related fields• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Modern Trade sales in leading multinational company, experience in FMCG is preferred• Good command of English in all aspects• Good project and time management skill• Able to work independently with good problem solving skills
