Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Developing productive long term relationships with MT customers
- Creating long term strategies with the client
- Act as a main contact for existing and new customers
- Reaching sales targets, strike rate, must sales rate & visited rate
- Preparing & Reaching new product/brand distribution forecasts and plans
- Continuously review & improve sales team routing & productivity
- Coaching & recruiting sales person
- Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts on operation matters such as delivery, on shelf availability, expiry, hygiene & etc.
- Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in each region/city/or town in coordination with trade marketing / client management, and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation
- Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with trade marketing management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation
- Initiate & develop annual marketing plan/s as per the strategy & guidelines set and agreed with Client management and trade marketing team; follow-up on implementation; and report back progress & any recommendations to change or amend
- Play a central role in steering Key Account Management in coordination with respective client & trade marketing management; with aim to continuously improve share of shelf vs. competitors and to amplify impact of product visibility on consumers
- Company products being Impulse products - it becomes imperative to place company products on checkouts, in category, and occasionally in selective out of category

Job Requirements

Degree in Business Management or relevant
At least 3 year’s experience in Key Account Management or Trade Marketing Management
Key Account Management , interpersonal , negotiation , communication , ability to generate idea & ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
Able to travel
Fluency in English
Good Computer skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, email)
