Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Oversee the technical aspect of planting activities and nursery establishment in plantation fields areas;
- Oversee monitoring of planting activities under Pun Hlaing Golf Estate Group
- Collect data on monitoring indicators identified in the monitoring framework of
Plantation fields areas;
- Organize and conduct hands-on training and awareness raising events for local staff under the plantation fields areas
- Responsible for preparation of field stories and technical reports in relation to plantation activities;
- Undertake day to day labor scheduled by plantation fields;
- Coordinate the work plans of all personnel under plantation unit, and oversee the timely implementation;
- Liaise with respective Government Ministries and Departments for all plantation activities;
- Responsible for the development of the plantation: extensions and replanting;
- Management of all plantation aspects (nurseries, development, harvesting, maintenance)
- Budget preparation and cost control;
- Upgrade and encourage capacity and capability of plantation staff as and when necessary;

Job Requirements

- Forestry/Environment Graduate
- Preferably trained in forestry and environment; and experience of 3 to 5 years in teak, rubber forestry and monitoring will be preferred
- Good Computer Skill, report writing skill
