Friendly atmosphere in the leasing of Industrial Zone, Offices and Retails areas.
Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to the manager for developing community and improving client’s satisfaction.
Conduct market surveys and shop competitive communities.
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other. Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Accompany the client during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property or premises they are visiting.
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.

Job Requirements

 Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Myanmar.
 Any Graduate
 1+ years' experience in leasing work
 An ability to support and contribute to community team.
 Must be able to operate a multi-line telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word and Power Point, Photoshop, and community software.
 A positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
 Willingness to participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws.
 A desire to adhere to and exemplify the Core Values of the community at all times.
 Demonstrates ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem
