Job Description

Performing to align with internal process ( i.e Timely Contract Review, Minimize Litigation, Proactive Government Engagement )

To provide legal support and manage services in judicial affairs.

To ensure that government rules and regulations relating to Company business are
Complied with and implemented as per instructions of Management.

To keep safe legal documents concerned with company.

To communicate well with legal authorities concerned in connection with company cases.

To vet all contracts and give advice on all legal issues on time.

To review and submit reporst regarding law suits of the company.

To prepare required documents needed to be submitted to the

court.

To implement the management’s instruction for the efficient administration of the

company, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory

requirements.

To check systematically on all legal expenses.

To ensure effective legal action taken by hiring qualified solicitors.

To provide legal knowledge and implement the organization’s legal program to all

departments. ( uploading relevant laws and regulations on internal public access folder )

To implement judicial relationship programs as per instruction that support the

operational requirements of the organization.

To record regularly new laws and amendment laws which are enacted by Union

Parliament. ( That supports organization’s benefit and protection of group business

system needs.)

To make educating internal customers for legal knowledge and to avoid illegal action

within the company

Ability and willingness to travel domestically

Management for criminal and civil

Professional legal knowledge
Reviewing business contracts
Communication skill with government officers for legal issues
Court experience
Reporting by English/Myanmar
Language for legal issues
Selecting qualified solicitors for litigations concerned with the company
Building strategic working relationships

Good inter-personal skill
Problem solving & decision making
Bachelor of Law (LL.B), Diploma in Business Law (D.B.L), Diploma in Management and
Administration (D.M.A) and Diploma in Intellectual Property Law( D.I.P.L)
At least (5) years professional working experience in related areas
