This position is responsible to provide all Ax ERP and Enterprise Applications related technology management and support to CDSG Group of companies & its associate to better manage their business align with their related corporate goal.
The purpose of the role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to development, implementation and maintenance of organizational information systems & Infrastructure. The role is also responsible to maintain, support and update existing system and applications.
Provide training, supervising, mentoring and coaching to the existing and new technical team members and build a strong team who are ready to take charge of technical management and solution delivery responsibilities.
To ensure the smooth functioning of System Infrastructure and Enterprise Application.
Deliver products consistently, on time and on budget
Assist and participate in formulation of IT Strategy and Plan
Document procedure, standards, guides, technical and user manuals, checklists etc., required for efficient operation.
Manage key performance area of subordinates, Supervise to technical Team to be developed.
Provide fit for use resolution to business / clients to meet the needs of business strategy.
Establish Software engineering guidelines, coding standards according to industry best practices and change management process and policies. Ensure design philosophies, naming conventions and general systems convention are maintained. Ensure conformity, uniformity and consistency in all computer operation.
Lead as technical leader, collaborating with external vendors and Project team and assist to Senior Manager
Application sizing and peripheral requirement analysis, usage and allocation.
Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor progress of projects
Review all work produced by development team
Provide solutions, suggestion and insight to upper management and procure buy-in

Minimum 4 years of understanding ASP.NET, C#.NET, PHP, MS SQL & other platforms/ Analyzing Information, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Teamwork, General Programming Skills, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Software Architecture.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field and Master’s degree, a plus

1. Minimum 5 years’ of experience in Information Technology, software development field.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervision position.
3. Experience with Business transformation projects and Change Management methodology is preferred.
4. A Subject matter expert in at least one domain such as ERP & Enterprise applications.
5. Project Management experience, Certification is plus but not mandatory.
6. Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, a plus
7. Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment
8. Exceptional communication and reporting skills
9. Solid working knowledge in all required software and programming languages
10. Outstanding leaderships skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
