Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Assists in the preparation of proposals and tender documents.
▪ Assists on the organization structure of every project, determines time frame and approves project schedule.
▪ Analyzes the products designs, the customers’ requirements, the performance standards and the authorization of the technical studies and approves them.
▪ Provides direct support in the day-to-day operations.
▪ Approves design, specifications, plans and schedule changes.
▪ Exercises and practices controls that are essential to ensure the performance of projects in accordance with contracts.
▪ Reviews progress measurements, approves them and refers to the Project Manager for billing and collection.
▪ Recommends solutions, initiates corrective actions and follows up on problems resolutions.
▪ Prepares project status reports, collects, analyzes and summarizes information and trends and communicates them to the project manager.
▪ Maintains project staff job results, coaches, counsels and disciplines employees; plans and monitors job results.
▪ Maintains the project database, develops information requirements and designs an information system.
▪ Ensures the implementation and maintenance of the company quality system.
▪ Provides on the job support when required.

Job Requirements

Qualification(necessary skills and qualifications required):
 University Degree (or) Diploma in Project Management
 At least two years experience in related field.
 Good inter-personal skills
 Effectively bi-lingual in English
 Able to communicate well with all levels of staff and external customer.
 Possess strong motivation to succeed
 Ability to work as teamwork
 Proactive and service oriented
 Methodical and accuracy in work details
