Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Effective start-up of a Training Curriculum for the Business Cluster that forms part of the L & D Academy
- Execute training needs analysis activities (e.g. interview stakeholders, competency assessments, etc.). Analyze and identify training and development needs in order to identify development objectives
- Implement development initiatives/programs, communication plans, training programs, etc., in catering to country-wide development needs. Support in training modules delivery, where needed
- Make sure all the Field Force earn the maximum potential of their incentives earning and if not take corrective action
- Assess on the Field Force and work on their profile sheet .Based on this identify the training needs and focus on capability development
- Analyze and report on implementation progress (e.g. training program, communication plans, etc.). Suggest and execute improvements to training programs and assist in evaluating trainers to measure training relevance and effectiveness
- Identify, analyze and prepare reports on employee training outcomes. Provide support in monitoring post-training effectiveness (e.g. competency gaps closed, application of skills, etc.) to measure country-wide training effectiveness and outcomes
- Initiate and execute employee engagement activities which can improve the operation efficiency and retain the employee

Job Requirements

- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
- Minimum two to five years’ experience in a similar role and Sound knowledge within the FMCG industry, specific to Sales will be more preferable
- Candidate with FMCG Sales experience will be more preferable
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
- Demonstrate sound application of adult learning theories and best practices
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
- Outstanding communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Coaching skills
- Solid problem resolution and decision making skills
- Strategic, creative and forward thinker
- Flexible team player
- Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship-building skills
