Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Manage and monitor the execution of all compensation and benefits activity and HR information systems (HRIS) for DKSH MM.
- General Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all payroll-related queries
- Ensure payroll system remains fully operational at key processing and reporting times
- Ensure 100% accuracy in monthly payroll processing
- Complete payroll and benefits-related management reports (e.g. monthly/quarterly/yearly reports) for internal and external stakeholders as a part of role accountability
- Monitor annual budgets allocated for salary review and other payouts to optimize spending on employee costs
- Supervise employee benefit arrangements (medical, long service award, loan, etc.)
- Support Manager, Compensation & Benefits in annual C&B benchmarking survey and ongoing analysis of DKSH market positioning
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to manage incoming queries and stakeholder expectations (e.g. related to salaries, benefits, claims, etc.)
- - Maintain strong relationship with government offices such as labor, SSB, and tax and third party service providers such as survey firms, payroll vendor and clients
Review and propose improvements or enhancements to payroll processing, benchmarking industry best practices (e.g. system upgrades, process improvement, standardization to global requirements, etc.
- Collaborate with external vendors on payroll improvement initiatives (e.g. payroll system upgrades, enhancements, standardization to global requirements, etc.) to gain - smooth running of such initiatives

Leadership Responsibilities:

- Develop Subordinates in all aspects of C&B
- Maintain relationships with other organizations to gather local market C&B information

Job Requirements

- Minimum degree, preferably in human resources
- At least five years in general human resources management
- Familiarity with a range of HRIS
- Intermediate to expert level SAP HR knowledge and experience of business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Meticulous and high attention to detail
- Adaptable to changes and resilient in the face of these changes
- Excellent problem solving and people skills
- Proficient in English and Myanmar languages, both verbal and written
