Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Lead SNOP (Sales & Operation Planning) process with interacting with all stake holders
• Own, drive and co-ordinate the Strategic Planning process (rolling 36 months’ horizon)
• Own, drive and co-ordinate the Tactical (Master) Planning process (Quarterly)
• Operational Planning process (12 week rolling horizon), Short term (12 weeks) capacity planning of local plant(s)
• Determine production volume allocations and contingency plans
• Drive and co-ordinate Weekly S&OP and inputs to Monthly S&OP
• Conduct make/buy assessment and decisions
• Responsible for Baseline Demand Planning (which can also be in sales org)
• Performance management (daily preparation and review operational KPIs)
• Resource planning production/warehouse
• Detailed Scheduling of production
• Call-off – Raw & Packaging Materials, plus 3rd party brands
• Deployment – allocation of stocks to secondary locations/customers on a daily basis
• Lead the NPD Projects in line with the budget planning process.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or a Degree in Business Management in Operations/Planning/Business / Logistics/Engineering

Language: Good in written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages is an added advantage)

Experience: 3 to 8 experience as a Planner/ Business Analyst / Distribution and Logistics

Age: Preferred range from 23 to 30 years old
