Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Website etc.)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ad words, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
• Delivery retail and customer services activities within to optimize and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction in conjunction with the online retail & stock manager.
• Develop and manage the online shop whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns.
• Manage payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all time with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
• Organize and dispatch daily customer orders, Manage refunds and returned items.
• Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels.
• Corry out duties to help support the WRC/MS mission statement in the with the Company's core values.

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree
• At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
• Friendly knowledge in social media background.
• Must have a Degree from any education background.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
• English 4 skills must be Business English level.
• Good content writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
