• Assist the Manager of Internal Audit in preparation of Strategic Annual Audit Plan and carried out risk assessment for key processes

Get to know the Role:
• To draw any weaknesses or shortcomings noted to the attention of management
• To ensure that the Internal audit Function provides an independent assessment of the adequacy of the Grab’ internal systems and controls, including the systems for appropriate identification and evaluation of risk and for ensuring compliance with all applicable law and regulation
• To manage the Internal Audit & Investigation functions for Grab in all regions where Grab is present

The day-to-day activities:

Internal Audit
• Planning and conducting process oriented financial and operational audits within SEA region
• Performing risk analysis to identify and prioritize areas within particular audits to be reviewed
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness and internal controls over those activities
• Provide country management with cost effective recommendations to mitigate business risks and strengthen internal controls
• Preparing audit reports

Internal Investigator
• Able to interpret unlawful activities and suspicion transaction/activities
• To review and ensure investigator documents factual and impartial findings inaccurate and timely manner for reportable and non-reportable suspicious cases
• To identify, investigate and resolve – non compliant within Grab

The must haves:
• 3 - 4 years in auditing
• Bachelor Degrees in any fields or Certified Internal Auditor
• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Fraud Examiner
• Financial audit , operational audit, process improvements
• Excellent in excel command
• Strong communication skills (i.e able to provide both verbal and written confirmation in a timely clear, clear and concise manner)
• Familiar with:
- COSO Framework
- Cobit (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology)
- IPPF ( International Professional Practices Framework)
- ERM (Enterprise Risk Management Framework)
