  • Responsible for to manage Operator, Vehicle, Crews and smoothness of routs
  • Responsible for service materials ,management and controlling
  • Responsible for monitor all operators and crew to obey rules and regulations
  • Check the daily trip plan schedule
  • Select the operators with classification of busses
  • Check the vehicle and arranges the substitute plan if needed
  • Manage the busses and operators to arrive station on time
  • Report to manager for update manpower and necessary action when needed
  • Analyze the trip report, fuel consumption and report to operation manager in time
  • Report to Manager for accident case in time

Job Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 5 years for related field 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, problem solving,                                                                                               
  • decision making, planning, organizing skills & teamwork                                                                                  
  • Must be computer literate; Skills with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Effective bi-lingual: English and Local language
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High level of integrity and honesty
