-Project Management: Based on the project type, can be as Project Manager or part of Team Member.
-As Project Manager: plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support and in charge of a team to get the job done. As Team member: Team members must have specific skills that are required to complete project tasks and has duty to successfully perform the tasks that have been allocated, keeping the project manager informed of progress as well as any issues that may arise.
-Application Implement and Training: Implementation process can be consisted of in-house developed app or external Third-party application. Prepare Training program not only to internal users but also to external users (partner of company) and need to consider about change management.
-Ongoing maintenance and support: Manage Support Team to provide better service for existing application internal/external users. Monitoring current application usage status and customer satisfaction.
-Build a highly effective software development team: To build the high-performance team, need to arrange the Personal Development Plan for each team member and ensure on their- commitment.

EDUCATION:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Diploma/Certificate is a plus in related field(Project Management/ Others).

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have 2 years’ experience as project Manager in related field.
• Must have senior level knowledge of Microsoft .net framework, SQL , Angular , Ionic.
• Must have good knowledge of MS Excel and power-point.
• Must be able to contribute to team and sometimes lead as needed for projects.
• Good communicate skills with internal departments in nationwide.
• Ability to work under pressure and targets.
• Ability to improve the team member skill and competency
