A Big Opportunity for ...

Preparing Training Need Analysis documents.
Sending Training Needs Analysis Survey and figuring out the outcomes from all the employees.
Analyzing the result and reporting to Senior Manager.
Assisting in execution learning strategies and programs
Evaluating the individual and organizational development needs
Implementing various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Supporting the Senior Manager in designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops and other training
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Discussing with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
Tracking budgets and negotiate contracts
Performing other additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor
