1. Achieve annual revenue targets through new partnerships

2. Scope potential industries and identify top partner prospects

3. Bring on new partners (including conducting outreach, understanding partner needs, developing tailored proposals, delivering executive-level presentations, and negotiating and finalizing partnerships)

4. Conduct ongoing account management that builds relationships and drive retention

5. Work closely with other team members / functions to ensure campaign execution

6. Act as the “voice of the partner” within Propel; synthesize partner needs and build the business case for product development to serve them

Job Requirements

7-10 years experience in end-to-end business development

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in telecom / telecom services

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Burmese language

Interest in building a business with a strong social mission at the intersection of private and public sectors

Willing to travel
