Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel and car rental reservations. Conduct and prepare appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules. Checking and reporting for sales & marketing data and information to GM, MD Maintain and analyze customer records for loyalty program and reporting to GM, MD Attending and reporting to GM, MD. Attending management meeting, seminar and business meeting. Perform and conduct Tender and Projects Assist to manager for smoothly team activities.
Any graduated. Plus diploma in Business Management. ( 3~5 ) Years' experience in related field. Good communication skill, good presentation skill Good customer service and relation skill Have knowledge in budget controlling. Good in English 4-skills.
