ROLES

Responsible for all the management of HR Performance and Rewards for the employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for coordinating and implementing performance management, total compensation review, staff benefit programs, payroll, bonus plan & payment and retention program.
• Provide constructive solutions and proposal to HR Head and management on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, job evaluation and other specific C&B issues.
• Be responsible for C&B daily operations.
• Ensure the data and operation on HRIS accurate and reliable.
• Keep up to date with labor regulations and ensure company P&R policy and practice compliance.
• Perform and organize HR projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in compensation & benefits and/or HR Administration
• Must maintain base knowledge of local labor laws regarding employment issues and related matters
• Expertise in compensation and benefits
• Excellent communication skill
• Good command in spoken and written English and Burmese
