- Sell and boost retail store sales volume for expanding market share and reaching individual and team KPIs.- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.- Create display attraction and execute sales promotion, sales strategy and plans.- Identify current and future customer need and requirement; provide quantitative recommendation for procurement reference.- Ensure availability of products and quality services throughout the selling process.- Give feedback on products collection and pricing impact by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.- Complete retail store operational requirements i.e. staff scheduling and supervising. - Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.- Protects staff and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. - Timely report customer’s complaint and suggestion to direct reporting supervisor.- Create and maintain sales daily/weekly reports, sales records, customer data base. - Maintain professional and technical knowledge and establish business networks. - Assist in making of annual unit and gross-profit plans. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.- Specific tasks assigned by direct reporting supervisor.
- 5 five years and above sales and managerial responsibilities and experience in retail store operations.- Meet sales goals, sales strategy and planning, negotiation, CRM, selling to customer needs, motivation for sales, building relationships.- Managing processes, market knowledge, staffing management.- Burmese , English or Chinese proficiency. - Use of Microsoft computer, MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, Power Point, Office 365). - Use of Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
