Service Help-Desk and User Support: Help-desk Assist Manger ensure delivery of quality technical support for users, as well as oversee the work of Help-Desk support Team performance. Provide technical solution to Team Members to diagnose and address issues with networks, hardware and software. Managing the help desk team and evaluate performance and ensuring customer service is timely and accurate daily. Moreover, follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement. Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on team’s productivity based on Help Desk Ticket System.
Regular Maintenance: Regular IT maintenance will help the Company IT systems run more smoothly and make them less likely to break down, ensuring effective performance and reducing support costs. Need to ensure the IT Teams’ regular maintenance jobs which can prevent major headaches in the future. Alongside computer systems maintenance, Assist Manager(Infra Team) regular look at IT Inventory List, License Asset, IT policies, procedures and documentation.
Business Continuity Management: Assist Manager (Infra Team) has responsibilities to sets the stage for developing business continuity strategies and contingency plans like data backup and disaster recovery plan, Internet connection line backup plan and prevent malicious cyber attacks to reduce the likelihood of a disruption, shorten the period of the disruption and limit the impact.

IT Infrastructure Systems: Assist Manager (Infra Team) has responsibilities to lead the Team to administrate the UPCL Network Infrastructure like (Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, Cisco Network equipment, Office 365 Cloud Management, Email Systems and Data Backup Systems) to be ensured the operation of the company business smoothly.

To build the high-performance team, need to arrange the Personal Development Plan for each team member and ensure on their commitment.

EDUCATION:
- Any Graduate

- SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• At least3 years’ experience in related field
• Knowledge of Troubleshooting in PC, Laptop, Tablet and Network Communication.
• Experience on MS Active Directory Management, MS Azure and MS Office 365.
• Ability to manage and supervision on Team member
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to manage work assign within the time line
• Ability to develop the skill of team member.
