Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Manager in leading the department’s team to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist and support the manager in leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals and customer delight targets.
• Responsible for daily implementation of Manager’s directives.
• Spend a majority of the time in the market and direct/train the team as required
• Sell to distributors and manage the day-to-day aspects of running IG’s sale.
• In manager’s absence, assume operational responsibility for the department.
• Establish staffing schedule, recruiting and performance management.
• Accountable for the day to day management of sales and service fulfillment including operational excellence and compliance related to those activities, while frequently updating manager on these issues.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and demonstrate core values and exhibit WB’s spirit in all actions.
• Ensuring the department achieves the highest level of efficiency by overseeing daily operational performance.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by consistently engaging and connecting with customers to exceed service expectations in timely manner and by effectively resolving problems.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the overall activities and operations of the branch
• Performing the Manager’s supervisory and operational responsibilities during his/her absence by making sound decisions and motivating team members to build exceptional teamwork to maintain winning attitude and positive behavior.
• Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitably.
• Customer and distributor management, including but not limited to: monitoring wholesalers' and industrial users’ pricing; development of sales incentive programs and inventory control; monitoring orders, deliveries, and "chargeback" invoices; reviewing and timely submission of depletion reports
• Confers with distributor and company management and sales staff to formulate plans for improving sales and evaluating competition.
• Listens to distributors, wholesalers, complaints, examines returned merchandise, and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations.
• Executes both year-end and mid fiscal reviews with distributors.
• Report and investigate all complaints in a timely manner; identifies ways to eliminate risk of reoccurrence; complete audits; conduct monthly meetings and trainings; maintain compliance with the organization’s policy and procedure.
• Participate in quarterly management meetings
• Receive and work with production team and visit the factory to maintain the excellent communication between departments and ensure the quality of the products

• Provide leadership and support to work team; coach, guide and develop the right people; “Inspiring people to Enjoy Life through Work”.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in Sale, operation and leadership role
• Resourceful and proficiency in problem solving
• History of meeting/exceeding deadlines and delivering high quality results
• Proven ability to identify, focus, and own high priority tasks
• Ability to manage time effectively according to priorities and timelines
• Must be self-motivated and apply good judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong Microsoft Office abilities with a heavy concentration in Excel
