A Good Opportunity for ..

' -• To check Daily 5S Cleaning in Production Factory.
• To Check Daily Production Report.
• To Lead & Attend the Weekly, monthly meeting
• To Review Weekly output result & PLM.
• To make monthly, Yearly budget plan & strategic map.
• To make monthly KPI review & presentation to Internal, Departmental & GM/CEO if MGR unavailable.
• To Coach & Training to subordinate as necessary.
• To Check Daily Overtime Record
• To Check monthly Assessment
• Make sure Cleanness & Safety of Production
• Make sure Production with Planning Schedule from PPIC
• Ensure to get quality & quantities of targets output.
• Make sure Operation Process are in line with FDA requirement & Standard Operation Procedure
• Manage to develop and motivate all production colleagues.
• To improvise and improve the factory to become more efficient and more reliable.
• To support all of the Production workers to be developed & healthy by coordination with HR, GA &TD.

Job Requirements

-Any Graduated,B.sc(IC),B.E(Chemical)
-Age must be (25-40) years
-At least 4 years of experience
-Good interpersonal relations, communication planning & personal skill
- Able to work under directions and complete tasks required with time accuracy.
'- Proficiency in English especially in written and spoken.
'- Computer literacy, well known for using Internet & Email.
