Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Analyses questionnaires, supports in conducting surveys and collecting feedback, entering the data into the databases & statistical analysis, and producing reports & presentations
• Maintains and develops the database of client surveys, client contacts and business contacts
• Surveys customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision making process regarding product designs, prices and promotions
• Provides competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings and identifies market trends, pricing/ business models, sales and methods of operation
• Uses online market research and catalogue findings to databases
• Assists in developing the business development action plan
• Coordinates networking events and arranges appointments with prospects where appropriate
• Develops and participates in CSR activities
• Reports all the property development analysis and research such as Hledan Centre, Airport Development and hotels development to Management team
• Performs and takes responsible for other duties as assigned by Market Survey & Business Development Executive (or) Property Manager

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Any university bachelor degree with diploma in Business Management and Administration
• 1 year of market research analysis experience in the same field
• Familiarity with facilities operations and commercial business
• Good knowledge of Statistics and Marketing
• Good command of English and Myanmar Language
• Good teamwork, interpersonal, sociability and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Be able to stay calm in difficult situations & able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Having high degree of flexibility and tolerance for change
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Be fit in mentally, physically and be able to groom in personal appearance
• Be able to travel sometimes when necessary
