Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Assistant Manager will serve as the primary backup for the Director including (as needed) conducting customer meetings, touring customers, handling customer concerns, coordinating questions , financial transactions through to resolutions with the Service Centre (SC) team on behalf of the customers, etc.

2. Serves as a mentor and trainer for new customer service team in the centre and act as a team leader throughout the day.

3. In conjunction with the Director , the Assistant Manager ensures compliance to Health & Safety regulations and processes, ensuring that the appropriate steps are taken for an emergency
response situation.

4. Assistant Manager has to contribute to the overall revenue of the centre by identifying opportunities and actively upselling/cross selling Rangoun products and services.

5. Ensures that all daily service charges are captured and entered into the (billing system) on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

1. Strong Customer Service skills, including theability to remain flexible and calm in highpressure or continually changing situations.

2. Ability to communicate effectively andprofessionally in both local language and English (written and oral)

3. Solid organisational skills, including theability to prioritise and multi task in demanding environment

4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,including Word, Excel, PowerPoint andOutlook and ability to operate basic office equipment

5.Must have 3 years experience in Operation field and management level

6. Age over 25

7. Prefer the candidates who have finished or doing LCCI Level 3
