-To lead E2E sourcing process for Business Services portfolio from -Sourcing, Procure to Pay process to service delivery
-Implement and drive Unilever Procurement strategies, policies and trading standards for Myanmar market.
-To develop market benchmark & maintain Prefer supplier list.
-To establish clear and measurable goals that challenge procurement to continuous improvement; to use financial and quantitative data to manage performance.
-To deliver cost savings based on sourcing strategies and compliance management.
-To handle complex and diverse customer, supplier or operational issues
-To ensure that the procurement function can deliver to other functional areas (Marketing, CD, HR, IT) for quality, timely procurement service and assistance.
-To build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor or Master degree
-2-4 years Procurement experience (ideally within indirect procurement context)with Finance background
-Excellent English (speaking & writing) in business context
-Strong Communication skills (internally & externally)
-Analytical thinking with strong business acumen
-Demonstrate strong leadership & self-initiative
-Strong understanding of Myanmar market
