Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

-Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standard, systems and procedures
-Ensuring the manufacturing of all garments from the cutting room to final press and packing for delivery to each brand specification
-Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standard
-Perform on-site PP meeting and Production planning follow up
-Conduct inline and final inspection as well as SMS order
-Prepare and submit various inspection reports as per Amer Sports requirement timely
-Assessing brand requirement and ensuring that these are met
-Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
-Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
-Report to Manager regarding any QC issue and resolving them together

Job Requirements

5-8 years in Quality Assurance and Quality Control area on apparel products, experienced for outdoor apparel products. Good understanding in lamination and seam sealing will be an advantage
Experience of following up production schedule
