RESPONSIBILITIES
• A software quality assurance tester (QA) reviews and analyzes system specifications
• Manage team members and with cross team
• Prepare test plans together with Application owners
• Review and revise the test cases as required
• Assign to team members for prepared test cases
• Review results, document the defects on the executed test cases
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance of the product features
• Design plan to test potential human errors in an manual testing
• Prepare for KT session teams
• Knowledgeable of Test Plan, Test Strategy in different Software Methodology.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Able to create test cases, test scenarios, and execute
• Able to perform to improve team
• Able to understand requirements easily
• Able to identify compliance with requirements
• Review User Interfaces for Consistency and Functionality
• Able to identify potential problems users may encounter
• Able to Identify areas of improvement
• Critical thinker, Keen observer, Attention to Detail
• Good at bug finding, priortising tasks

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
• Good communication skill
Desirable
• Experience in banking sector is a plus.
• Hand on programming experiences and quality assurance Management

Education & Special Training
Essential
• Bachelor degree or diploma in computer related

Experience
Essential
• Working experience in software quality assurance preferable and
using bug tracking tools also preferable
• Minimum 3years working experiences.
• Prefer Automatic Testing experiences.

Languages
Essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
