We are looking for a high caliber Regulatory Affairs professional to work with us as Assistant Regulatory Affairs Manager. This person will be reporting to Supply Chain Manager and his/her key responsibilities are:

- Ensuring that Company's product comply with the cosmetic regulations for both claims and regulatory requirement by handling regulatory affairs for all products, including registration, licensing, renewals, government relations, especially following-up with FDA
- Involving in packaging labeling & proof-reading processes for all products by ensuring these are following the Myanmar Law
- Quality inspection and releasing co-packer and 3PM import products and coordinating with logistics team production, warehouse and co-packer
- Ensuring the legal and corporate quality and safety standards of goods and services
- Handling overall complaint management system and follow up corrective actions with internal and external parties involved

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- University Degree in Science or Pharmaceutical Science or related field
- 3-5 years experience in cosmetic field either in R&D or RA with FMCG industry background
- Solid cosmetic knowledge in terms of ingredient and formulation, QA/AC technique and consumer goods laws
- Knowledge in drug and cosmetic GMP, quality management and validation process
- Good command of English in all aspects
- Proficient in computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office, SAP
- Ability to travel
