• To formulate the strategy for managing foreign and multinational corporate groups.
• Designing competitive products to meet the customer requirements. Initiate for giving customized tailor-made solutions for the clients.
• Enhance customers’ base with volumes, number of accounts, transactions in terms of corporate groups.
• Develop and maintain strong customer’s relationships to ensure retention and long term relationships.
• Work closely with Credit Risk team, SMEs and Trade Finance team to ensure that the credit requests for new and existing facilities are correctly prepared in accordance with bank policies. Negotiate Terms and Conditions and prepare credit applications for new loan facilities for corporate banking clients.
• Provide regular credit reviews of corporate banking clients.
• Cross sell structured trade finance and treasury products.
• Set the yearly volume and revenue target for the team and monitor the gaps.
• Designing the products for the corporate groups or associate in liaison with other related departments.
• Work closely with Institutional Banking department to increase low cost deposits within the bank.
• Generating the leads and transferring the relationships, liaising in between teams to support institutional and high value clients.
• Responsible for delivering a qualified service to customers in liaison with operations team.
• Assist in developing business strategy for overall wholesale banking products.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Banking & Finance is preferred.
• Experienced working relevant environments.
• At least 5 yrs experience in business management role with at least two years in corporate banking department with strong command over handling foreign corporates.
• Strong spoken and written language is necessary. Command over Chinese, Japanese and Thai will be an advantage.
