- Responsible for overall supervision, motivator staff to do better, suggest ways to improve daily sales and performance of team members
- Maintain daily records of all transactions and generate reports for assigned job
- Analyze marketing information and translated it into strategic plans for customer growth
- Trained supervised and evaluated staff, enabling them to improve skills and achieve daily objectives
- Work as part of a team
- Manage to team members of assigned team
- Push and monitor to hit monthly target/ review each sales performances
- Drive sales activities for respective sales team daily
- Collaborate with other internal supported department to achieve better result/ to increase sales revenues
- Assist & do department ad hoc tasks under control from management
- Report to manager

Job Requirements

- Any Graduated (or) Bachelor's degree
- Age must be over 28 years
- Must have over (3) years experiences in relevant field and management position
- Excellent communication skill, leadership, reporting skill and problem solving skill
- Able to work under pressure
