- Check the daily sales data from each sales coordinator (Sales,Payment and customer complaint).
- Manage the trip plan for dealer shop visiting.
- Make the promotion plan for improve the dealer sales.
- Connect with marketing team for marketing activity.
- Check the dealer items stock to issue PO and collect order.
- Prepare the weekly AR data to report director every Friday.
- Prepare the weekly sales and delivery data to report MD and Director every Friday.
- Arrange to force to deliver goods and force to collect payment from customer.
-Planing the monthly sales potential and payment to achieve the target of dealer team.
- Prepare the monthly AR data to report director end of month.
- Prepare the monthly sales and delivery data to report MD and Director end of month.
- Prepare the dealer sales figure, dealer performance, payment, NSTD sales results to report MD and TOTO office every 2nd day.
- Prepare the PPT file (dealer sales results of month by month) for monthly meeting every first week of month.
- Make the internal meeting with dealer team and marketing team after monthly meeting with TOTO.
- Prepare the Pro1 sales data of all branches for monthly meeting with Pro1 merchandising department.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years experience of sales & marketing field , any graduate and age under 28.
Strong effort of ethic in sales and sales management.
Excellent talent of communication skill.
Good writing ability of both English and local Language.
Computer Skill : must have a good working word processors, spreadsheets, power point , PDF and
other commonly used apps is essential.
