Job Responsibilities :

- Introduce, promote and sell Protective Coatings to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
- Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories by coordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure products are used and to achieve sales budget.
- Promote paint to owners and consultants through regular visits and follow-ups to recommend and ensure Paint is specified for the projects and create sales opportunities for the company.
- Co-ordinate with Customer Service Department on orders execution, Lab on samples and special requirements, Technical Service on customer technical support, Production on stock quantity requirement and Accounts Department on credit management of the customers to ensure good service to customers and achieve company goals.
- Monitor collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff in both commercial and technical perspectives.
- Responsible on new market and new customers development by promoting via Paint School and new product launching so as to increase market share and sustain the market leadership.

Main Tasks :

- Perform regular visits to existing customers to maintain rapport
- Plan and visit potential customers to create new account
- Monitor ageing regularly to ensure collection is received on time
- Co-operate with various departments to meet customer needs.
- Site visits for better understanding of the progress of projects.
- Prepare monthly report for review.
- Handling customer’s complaint.
- Response to emails, enquiries, orders, technical requirements, delivery and etc.
- Co-ordinate with production department in production planning, finance on collection and customer service department on delivery.
- Provide regular coaching to subordinate via KIT and year end YPOD.

Job Requirements

Job requirements :

- Advance College or Bachelors degree
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Areas of education and experience essential as sales and preferable in technical service, marketing and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge in selling, Negotiation and Public relation skills.
- Very good in Microsoft Office skills and preferable with Customer Relation Management systems
- Fluent in English and Burmese
