Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Introduce, promote and sell Jotun Protective Coatings to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
• Follow-up on projects within allocated geographical territories by co-ordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure Jotun products are used and to achieve sales budget.
• Promote Jotun paint to owners and consultants through regular visits and follow-ups to recommend and ensure Jotun Paint is specified for the projects and create sales opportunities for the company.
• Co-ordinate with Customer Service Department on orders execution, Lab on samples and special requirements, Technical Service on customer technical support, Production on stock quantity requirement and Accounts Department on credit management of the customers to ensure good service to customers and achieve company goals.
• Monitor collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
• Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff in both commercial and technical perspectives.
• Responsible on new market and new customers development by promoting Jotun via Paint School and new product launching so as to increase market share and sustain the market leadership.

Job Requirements

• Advance College or Bachelors degree
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Areas of education and experience essential as sales and more preferable in technical service, marketing and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge in selling, Negotiation and Public relation skills.
• Very good in Microsoft Office skills and preferable with Customer Relation Management systems
• Fluent in English and Burmese
