Responsible for the day to day activity of the overall Sales department within the region, Wholes Sales, Retail channel, Modern Trade channel.
-Lead and motivate the Sales department staff, working with them to improve performance and ensure a profitable business.
-Must control manpower within sales department
-Ensure the Sales department develops and promotes products and services to new and existing customers between wholes sales, retail channel.
-Ensure the Sales department builds and develops customer relationships within the region, acting as a communication channel between the customer and company through
-Work in cooperation with other departments to achieve business objectives, ensuring that there is open and effective communication.

Job Requirements

-Any Graduate
- At least 5 years working experience in FMCG sales. ( Milk product, soft drink.....)
- Effective sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
- A high level of analytical, innovation and business skills.
- Good computer skill
