Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

· Responsible for the day to day activity of the overall Sales department within the region, ensuring the efficient allocation of tasks and resources to achieve the business objectives.

· As part of the Sales management team establish both short- and long-term business plans in line with corporate objectives.

· Ensure the Sales department develops and promotes products and services to new and existing customers working in accordance with agreed sales and market development strategies, meeting sales volumes and targets.

· Ensure the Sales department builds and develops customer relationships within the region, acting as a communication channel between the customer and company through regular customer contact, providing relevant updates on the full range of products and services.

· Responsible for achieving the region’s profit plan, sales objectives and operational costs, evaluating statistics sales reports, comparing results achieved to forecasts, analysing differences and determining action plans for regional sales strategies when required

· Monitor market and competitor activity, trends and demands, and inform appropriate persons within the organisation.

· Lead and motivate the Sales department staff, working with them to improve performance and ensure a profitable business.

· Work in cooperation with other departments to achieve business objectives, ensuring that there is open and effective communication.

· Support and promote a safe and healthy work environment maintaining safe work practices at all times.

· Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records

· Promote and work with the Dealer Operating Standards (DOS) to ensure uniform quality standards in all areas of the business

Job Requirements

-University education in appropriate discipline.

- 5 years relevant work experience in sales.

- Sales management experience at a regional/branch level

- Effective sales, negotiation and influencing skills.

- A high level of analytical, innovation and business skills.

- Current driving license (heavy vehicle license preferred).

- We prefer Chinese language skill
