- Manage to team members of assigned team- Push and monitor to hit monthly target/ review each sales performances- Drive sales activities for respective sales team daily- Market analysis in competitor's pricing- Collaborate with other internal supported department to achieve better result- To increase sales revenues- Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objects- Find and approach new projects- Prepare combined report for Management- Assist & do departmental ad hoc tasks under control from management
- Graduated or Post Graduated- Minimum 2 or 3 years’ experience in management field- Train to team members as needed - Good communication, analytical skills, and initiating skills
