A Big Opportunity for ...

• Establishing Sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Sales Consultant and projecting achievable and realistic sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Assisting the National Sales Manager in Organizing, Planning and implementing the strategy.
• Briefing Sales Consultant on current Sales, promotions and other relevant information
• Implement sales programs by developing sales action plans for all Sales Consultant
• Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current supply and demand,
• Research Competitor' information (activities, price, and promotion)
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Prepare potential customer list and planning for new customer search
• To ensure Sales Consultant adhere to the code of conduct and maintain customer service standards
• Participating in marketing activities and events for the brand
• Resolving customer’s problems as needed
• Improving network and reputation of the brand and company
• Cooperates in vehicles exchanges between dealers.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current & prospective sales opportunities
• To ensure showroom in the operational mode with proper display and cleanliness
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate/ with Certi/Diploma in Sales Management
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales management
• Strong knowledge about automobile products
• Concrete knowledge about Automobile Sales Network in Myanmar
• Good Command of English is a must
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to travel any location with short notice.
