Visit outlets with sales supervisor regularly，though advice from customer adjust visit routes.Monitor and training staffs’ work to help them improve their performance.Coach and develop team talent pipeline and establish a good execution culture with right way.

Job Requirements
Any Graduate. DBA or BBA and Dip: in Sales and Marketing Management Preferred.
Minimum 5years of fast moving consumer goods manager experience and achievement
Good command of English and computer skills
Leadership & practical experience.
Advanced linguistic ability.
Business knowledge
Problem solving ability and effective communication ability
Teamwork spirit
