- Meet personal and team sales targets

- " Competitor price/promotion and evaluate scheme effectiveness"
- Report and provide feedback to management
• Report : Market situation / weekly team performance / Promotion & Scheme effectiveness
- Trade Promotion
• Propose on 24th of the month for next month scheme
- Daily Coaching
• Cash/Invoice & Stocks control for modern trade team
- Maintain and expand sales & customer database within assigned territory

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree or MBA preferable
- 3~5 years experiences in related field
- Proficient in MS Office Software (Word , Excel , Power point ) , Internet and Email.
- Able to use English Language smoothly.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and be self motivated, initiative and result oriented.
