Oversee, maintain, and report staff performance to Showroom Manager

- Ensure staff performance and workflow run smooth and maintain Giffarine's standard

- Motivate and ensure company's goal achieved

- Ensure showroom is clean and tidy at alltime

- Assist Showroom Manager in prepare and conduct Staff training

- Involve in Weekly disucussion about good/not good situation happened and discuss for solution

- Assist Showroom Manager to monitor products arrival checkingprocess against PL and ensure accuracy

- Assist Showroom Manager in monitoring and manage stock numbers correctly


• Training and conducting seminars, workshops, road-shows and other activities to maintain good relationship with Company Business Owners, potential business partners and customers in order to achieve company objectives

Job Requirements

. Between 27 – 45 years old.
. Education/Knowledge: Bachelor degree
. At least 5 year experiences of working in related field
· Good interpersonal skills with flexibility and positive attitude
· Good leadership
· Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment
