Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Make lists of target participants based on type of training
Prepare for training evaluation report
Record feedback of survey questions, such as OJT day survey
Record training completed by staffs in their individual record
Send HR dept monthly attendance and leave of staff in training school and warehouse
Total marks of post training test of CC and IC, and make list for announcement of results
Invite internal meeting and write meeting minutes
Printing out training materials of CC and IC and other special training
Manage cleaners
Request Admin Dept for things needed for training school and inform about receipts
Request budget for meal allowances (weekend overtime) of cleaner, chef and staffs of training school
Make arrangement of transportation and hostel for staff from other cities

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree, Any Graduate
Literate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Able to use Email and Internet
Be able to use Advance Excel
Fluent in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) -can translate from Myanmar to English for evaluation feedback
4 years experience in learning and development field
Holding Diploma in HR (HRM/HRD) is preferred
